A&S faculty have invited a number of distinguished scholars to visit classes via Zoom for guest lectures. These visits provide invaluable opportunities for students to meet and ask questions of the scholars whose work they are reading.
In Who Gets What and Why in Spring 2021 (and again in Spring 2022), Matthew Clair, Assistant Professor of Sociology at Stanford, presented on his award-winning book Privilege and Punishment: How Race and Class Matter in Criminal Court (Princeton 2020), to Professor Kissane’s students.
