The A&S Department was thrilled to welcome back Hollis Miller ’15, now an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at SUNY Cortland, to share her research on the method of “braided storytelling” in community-based archaeology. This research was recently published with Allison Pestrikoff and Tamara Swenson in July 2025 in American Anthropologist. Hollis also met with A&S majors and had lunch with department faculty. Bravo on your incredible research, Dr. Miller!
